Marinita Development Co., Inc. successor in interest to Capri Builders, Inc., which was established in 1961, is a California corporation whose principal members are J. Scott Fawcett, Ross Canon, David B. Garrison and Larry M Powell who together represent over a century of experience.  Marinita is licensed as a California and Nevada general contractor and California real estate broker.  The company’s current focus is developing, building, managing and marketing residential, retail and industrial properties.  Currently Marinita, and its affiliates manage 16 retail, industrial and residential communities. 

Marinita is a full-service real estate company, which constitutes a strong foundation for long-term investments.  Marinita strives to identify the best developmental opportunities through careful market analysis and feasibility studies.
